Shipping information:

Ready to ship products will be shipped within 2-7 business days after your order is placed.

I am not responsible for any damaged, stolen, or lost packages; once your package is sent out of my possession it is in the hands of the postal services. However, if there is ever an issue with your order, please feel free to reach out.
International Shipping:

I do ship internationally, I do NOT get tracking numbers for international packages, but will send you a picture of the customs slip I get back from the postal services.

International orders will arrive 1-3 weeks after they've been shipped out.

Custom Orders:

Custom candles can take up to 2-5 days to make depending on how busy my life gets. I try to make and ship out orders within 7 days of your order but it doesn't always happen like that. Please be patient and be aware that customs can take up 2 weeks to create + ship out especially if the candles are layered or if you placed a bulk order.

Refund/Return Policy:

I will NOT send a refund or make a new replacement item for FREE unless it is a defective on my part.

If pictures/proof of damage is provided I will work with you to either refund you, or make another item for a discounted price.
